Description
A single product, traditional, historical, emblem of a country and a territory. It is the Zichi of Bonorva, a round flatbread made from semolina, offered in two variations: fresh and soft or hard.
Carrying on the tradition is the Burghesu family, who believed in the bread of Bonorva and decided to open (after gaining experience in a local bakery) a bakery solely dedicated to the local type of bread.
The soft version is smaller: a flatbread with a double layer, easily divisible into two disks by hand. Soft, fragrant, with a rich flavor of durum wheat semolina, it is ideal for stuffing or perfect for accompanying various dishes.
The hard version is offered larger in diameter.
