Description
Since 1988, the artisan workshop "La Copuleta" in Ozieri has been producing sweets with craftsmanship passion.
The shop sells typical Sardinian sweets, dry pastries, mignon pastries, tarts, artistic bread, panettoni, and artisanal pandori at Christmas, as well as chocolate eggs at Easter.
For production, new products, techniques, and materials are always being sought, never forgetting the traditions of dolciarie Barbaricine that have accompanied important festivities and events for centuries.
Especially specialized in producing typical sweets of the Sardinian tradition, some of which are linked to various holidays throughout the year, like tiricche, papassini, sospiri, guelfos, and formagelle.
It is possible to order sweets and other pastry specialties for both large and small occasions, relying on artisanal products of great quality prepared with selected raw materials and healthy, genuine ingredients.

Closed on Monday, open from Tuesday to Saturday from 8:30 AM to 1:00 PM and from 4:30 PM to 7:30 PM, and closed on Sunday.
