Description

Pasta factory by vocation, in its evolution, enhances its production with an innovative structure, where it activates the milling of wheat to make the raw material unique, which is the main ingredient of its pasta.

From 100% Sardinian wheat to pasta, fregula, and malloreddus, which are the historical products of our land, to pastas with various shapes that are part of the pasta culture in the national landscape.

Production of pane carasau with the semolina obtained from the milling of the wheat we selected, with hydration of the dough using purified seawater that gives unique aromas and flavors to our product.

In Thiesi, at the plant located on ss 131bis industrial area, and in Cheremule in the Possilva region, industrial area.
