The cooperative la Concordia has immediately focused its activities on the production of Pecorino Romano Dop cheese, the most famous sheep's milk cheese in the world.
Today, after about thirty-six years of activity, production has risen to about 20 thousand quintals of cheese, with a milk consumption of 12 million liters per year.
