Description

The church was built between 1889 and 1890 in neo-medieval style.

The facade is distinguished by alternating rows of bichrome ashlars and a pointed arch portal, topped by a double-pitched overhang, supported by two brackets. Above the small oculus, the main prospect is decorated with a series of blind semicircular arches, culminating in a pointed arch under the ridge of the double-pitched roof.

The remaining sides of the church are simply plastered, but they replicate the colors and horizontal division of the facade. On the north-western side, the bell tower with a spire and two stone plaques stand out.

Around the church there were various buildings, mainly used as residences and appurtenances. Today six of these are still visible, although in a state of precarious conservation. The functions of each building are documented in the Consistency Report of the compound, drafted by Colonel Columbano in 1955.
